The photos and videos are striking and as you dig deeper into the site it's filled with any questions you have. Steve Cook helped in the process he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. It took time for me to make my final decision to fly out on an 18 hour trip from Qatar to Florida. I would recommend anyone traveling out of the country is to plan your trip for two days in advance to the procedure. I had a stop in Chicago that delayed my trip. The hotel partnership they have at the Il Lugano is a very nice upscale hotel near the office. It was nice to have the driver pick take me back and forth to the facility at no cost. The staff was very helpful, kind and organized. The procedure was very fast and easy, I went the next day to have the nurses and doctor take a look at me. I'm eager and patient to see the growth. Once I sat down in the chair the environment became more and more relaxed; may I add that you feel as if you are sitting in a man-cave equipped with a 60 inch TV and awesome snacks within your reach, and not a surgeons office. Then I met Doctor Bolton! And after 1 transplant I had hair again! The scar was so minimal that it could barley be seen even with short hair. I only wish that I had gone to him first, I could have saved myself a lot of time and money.
