I am now 14 days after my hair transplant procedure with Dr. Brett Bolton, and everything has gone exactly as expected. The entire experience has been outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with how things are progressing.
I traveled for my procedure and arrived the day before my scheduled appointment. I stopped by the clinic to familiarize myself with the location, and while I was speaking with a staff member at the front desk, Dr. Bolton overheard my voice and came out to introduce himself personally. It was a pleasant surprise and immediately helped ease my nerves. He spent about 20 minutes with me, explaining the procedure, answering my questions, and making sure I knew exactly what to expect.
On the morning of the procedure, I met with Dr. Bolton again for a final consultation. He took the time to review the treatment plan, answered every question, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in my decision. Together, we decided to increase the number of grafts, and I'm very glad we did. My hope is that this will be my only procedure, but if I ever need additional work in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Throughout the entire process, both before and after surgery, Michael has been exceptional. He has been incredibly responsive, patiently answering my questions, providing detailed post-operative guidance, and checking in regularly to ensure everything is healing properly. Having that level of support has made the recovery process much easier and far less stressful.
