Any medical/cosmetic procedure can be extremely nerve wrecking, especially traveling the distance that I did in order to have it done. He then explained every step of the surgical procedure to me & listened carefully & addressed any questions or concerns I had. When we actually started the procedure, he was right there by my side explaining exactly what he was doing step by step which made me feel amazingly confident & secure. He has his own unique way of placing the new hair follicles so that the hairline looks completely natural. He is no doubt a master at what he does! Absolutely no one could tell I had my hair transplanted!!
The final results were no less than awesome & went beyond any expectations I might have had!
Dr. Bolton's personality is always positive , cheerful, calming & uplifting. That was a crucial aspect for me, since this was the first time in my life that I had to go through a surgical procedure of any kind.

Josh was expertise in explaining to me everything in detail & he never got impatient if I didn't understand something or needed him to repeat for clarity. Most importantly, Josh explained to me that it would take a few months for the new hairs to grow back & to show the spectacular results that I am now enjoying. He has so much unquestionable faith in Dr. Bolton that when he talked to me his faith for his colleague was contagious & always put me at total ease, melting away any small worries I might have been imagining.
