Was totally bald in 2006 picture in middle below when I saw Wade Boggs result with a Dr levitt and I contacted that practice and met with salesman Josh Engoren who had several successful procedures himself then. So picture on right was one year later 2007 and result of first transplant and so I went back thru Josh and had another procedure. . It lasted 18 years and in 2023 I contexts Josh Engoren and had a procedure with Brett Bolton. And that’s the pic on left. I’m going back Wednesday at 72 for one final procedure to get fuller look and have become totally comfortable with this 3-5 hour same stay surgery and well hitting more homeruns with the ladies than ever. This is my second procedure with Dr. Bolton. Hands-down he is the best!!! Michael and the staff were phenomenal! Michael even picked me up from the hotel the morning of surgery. Amazing Experience!

I have undergone two transplants with Dr. Brett Bolton, the first in 2013 when I was almost bald (which is after having a transplant with another hair-transplant office in 2002) and 2021. The 2021 tr ... I have undergone two transplants with Dr. Brett Bolton, the first in 2013 when I was almost bald (which is after having a transplant with another hair-transplant office in 2002) and 2021. The 2021 transplant was the more challenging: a dermatologist had used Xray therapy on the top of my scalp to eliminate a basal cell. It cured the basal cell but killed the transplanted hair follicles, leaving scar tissue. Dr. Bolton warned me that it is difficult to get hair follicles to grow through scar tissue, but he would do his best.
A year later the hair around the scar tissue is thicker, and there is some growth through the scar tissue.
Importantly, the bald spot of the scar tissue is much smaller-scarcely visible.
Dr. Bolton’s staff is very friendly, easy to work with. They have had transplants, too, so they know the concerns that patients have. Having the procedure is actually a relaxing experience-sit back and watch a movie while they work away on restoring your hair. All that’s missing is a cold beer LOL.
