As A NW Class 5-6, with previous surgeries, I was trying to be rational while hoping for the best. What I got was beyond my expectations. The amount of hairs that were transplanted was more than 2x what I thought was achievable. "Max Harvest" is NOT just a buzz phrase there, it happens there. Dr Bolton and and I mapped out a plan together (Bang for the Buck) and shortly thereafter, I was excited and ready to go. After a quick numbing pain block they went to work. Dr Bolton and his staff were great and attentive to my desires and concerns and treated me like a VIP during the whole procedure. His professionalism was clear from many years of experience and after a few short hours it was done and I was ready to go with my new head of hair.
Key and critical to this total effort was Mike who facilitated everything from start to finish ensuring everything was prepped and ready, including helping with lodging and transportation to accommodate me as best he could. He even gave me a ride in from my hotel on surgery day. Mike was always there for me. Always checking in during post-op care either calling, texting ensuring I was following care instructions, answering questions, assessing my photos and ensuring no complications or issues were occurring.
