I spoke with Steve from the Nashville office via Skype and he was able to answer my questions and also educate me on hair loss topics that I was unaware of. I was so nervous upon arriving for my procedure, which is expected I'm sure. After the reassurance of the nursing team that there was nothing to worry about I felt more comfortable.
