Whether it was trying on a suit in a three way mirror, seeing the top of my head in photos, or a young child teasing reminding me, I had a bald spot and did not really matter. I knew it was there and hated it. I wanted to do something about it and went online to look at hair transplants. I scheduled an appointment near my home in Atlanta and went in for a consultation. I met with a hair loss advisor and was quoted a price. He showed me a few examples but not a lot and I was still wondering if my bald spot would come out the way I wanted it to. I found Great Hair Transplants online and watched a lot of videos. I must have watched 100 videos. They were very informative and they answered all my questions. I really feel like I was able to get so much information from the videos and decided to call. I spoke to Steve who really answered all my questions and sent him my photos. They explained to me I would be the only patient have a surgery and the entire staff and doctor would only be working on me. I feel like something good can be done for guys in the UK. You guys are the best I came across, forget about the UK services but even in the states. I would think that there are so many people wealth or not who would jump at the opportunity to visit Dr Bolton, given the full information and once they've gotten past the whole scary big cut at the back of the head then the rest of the road is quite simple. I researched a lot, a lot! and went on a roller coast ride of emotions to get the procedure day so i have a fairly good understanding of what men in the UK would experience. Mens Health is a popular magazine here and it's probably the first time i came across hair transplant. They had an article about FUE 5 years ago i think and recommended a UK based hair transplant company. Our journey started with my son leaving for college for the first time. He began complaining that he was losing his hair. After having him checked out by his doctor, they determined that he suffered from male pattern baldness. As a 19 year old, this was devastating. My once confident and happy son became so down.He didn't want to go anywhere or see his friends. The only way he left the house was with a hat on. As a parent, I went into fix it mode. I really researched what the best method would be, strip or FUE. We did the strip and are so happy with our choice! Dr. Bolton gave us our son back. It's been 2 years since the transplant and my son has a full head of hair.
