I lived 4 hours away, so I planed to stay locally instead of attempting to drive home after the procedure. That worked out great. I took my pain medicine as described, Got a good nights rest and drove home next day. I don't remember the time line, but the healing and hair regrowth progressed rather quickly . I continued to use a Hair Club system during this transition, but it wasn't for very long. I had planned for two, maybe three procedures, but this one transplant produced the look I wanted and didn't need the others. This was 19 years ago. Unless reminded I never think about that I had this done. My hair and how I groom it is totally natural. Luckily for me my hair had stopped falling out before I had this done, so it has stayed at the same density all this time. Another mention that happened just a few years ago: I was on a lengthy cruise where I spent a lot of time with my social group of long term friends. A wife of a friend was encouraging her husband to do something with his receding hair line. I volunteered that I had had that done. They have never known I had it done and were amazed. I had several of the wives inspecting my hair line for proof, which was fun. Lol

The "Big name" clinics are way overpriced for what you get. When you go to the clinics who do a lot of advertising, the consumer tends up paying for it. Dr. Bolton moved more hair in one procedure than the two previous procedures combined. I felt no pain the entire time, even when he administered the local anesthesia. He does not "count hairs" like most other clinics, and he will move as much hair in one procedure as possible. He moved about 12 thousand hairs in just one procedure.I will be going back for at least one more procedure, probably 2 more. I am a norwood 6, but I still have a lot of donor hair. Now I'm at 3months after my procedure and the results are looking amazing at only 3months I have lots but lots of new growth, and I still got 9more months to go very happy. With everything so far, Dr Bolton also gave me more then what I paid for I was surprised when he told me he was gonna give me more then what I expected. So, this might seem an odd criteria to some but it means a lot to me. A fly by night will never be in same place long! Then I saw his amazing work on real patients! I met Brett for first time in Feb for a consultation and had the procedure on April 5th. I am happy to report his pricing was very fair, the pain was not as bad as I thought and my progress is going well. Doc and/or staff (Mike) very attentive to any concerns or questions I may have nearly every day now since my surgery. I am on Day 9 and yes this is now a REAL REVIEW and I will update again to this post down the road, I am upset to see these fake reviews to blame him as not a good doctor is simply not true. I had a frontal procedure done about 12 years ago. So I know I can compare. It was not as successful as I wanted and they could do nothing for my crown. The thought of no hope is now a thing of the past because of Dr. Bolton, He filled it up (crown) and got so much extra max harvest he even filled in my front hairline some. Did not want front lowered but more dense. He doesn't count hairs for dollars once you hire him. He will get as much as possible and he sure did this when it came to me and my donor area. Most people want to remain anonymous when getting a hair transplant but I decided to come out of closet with this post after reading these fake posts. If anyone thinks I am a fake. I would think that there are so many people wealth or not who would jump at the opportunity to visit Dr Bolton, given the full information and once they've gotten past the whole scary big cut at the back of the head then the rest of the road is quite simple. I researched a lot, a lot! and went on a roller coast ride of emotions to get the procedure day so i have a fairly good understanding of what men in the UK would experience. Mens Health is a popular magazine here and it's probably the first time i came across hair transplant. They had an article about FUE 5 years ago i think and recommended a UK based hair transplant company.
