I have undergone two transplants with Dr. Brett Bolton, the first in 2013 when I was almost bald (which is after having a transplant with another hair-transplant office in 2002) and 2021. I have undergone two transplants with Dr. Brett Bolton, the first in 2013 when I was almost bald (which is after having a transplant with another hair-transplant office in 2002) and 2021. The 2021 transplant was the more challenging: a dermatologist had used Xray therapy on the top of my scalp to eliminate a basal cell. It cured the basal cell but killed the transplanted hair follicles, leaving scar tissue. Dr. Bolton warned me that it is difficult to get hair follicles to grow through scar tissue, but he would do his best.
A year later the hair around the scar tissue is thicker, and there is some growth through the scar tissue.
Importantly, the bald spot of the scar tissue is much smaller-scarcely visible.
Dr. Bolton’s staff is very friendly, easy to work with. They have had transplants, too, so they know the concerns that patients have. Having the procedure is actually a relaxing experience-sit back and watch a movie while they work away on restoring your hair. All that’s missing is a cold beer LOL.

Dr. Bolton was & is very patient & really listened to my needs & worked with me on all details of the look that I wanted to achieve. Once he collected those details he waa careful to meticulously go over them with me again to be certain I hadn't left anything out. He then explained every step of the surgical procedure to me & listened carefully & addressed any questions or concerns I had. When we actually started the procedure, he was right there by my side explaining exactly what he was doing step by step which made me feel amazingly confident & secure. He has his own unique way of placing the new hair follicles so that the hairline looks completely natural. He is no doubt a master at what he does! Absolutely no one could tell I had my hair transplanted!!
The final results were no less than awesome & went beyond any expectations I might have had!

Josh was expertise in explaining to me everything in detail & he never got impatient if I didn't understand something or needed him to repeat for clarity. Most importantly, Josh explained to me that it would take a few months for the new hairs to grow back & to show the spectacular results that I am now enjoying. He has so much unquestionable faith in Dr. Bolton that when he talked to me his faith for his colleague was contagious & always put me at total ease, melting away any small worries I might have been imagining.

Because of their unrelenting thoughtfulness, I consider Josh & Dr. Bolton my good friends. They have always been there for me, & still are!

Since I gradually lost my hair over the years, I adapted to the increments of change to my appearance forgetting how important my hair was in my total look.
