I was at a low point in my life as far as self-confidence due to my hair loss (which had seemingly sped up over the past year), and even though I am all for shopping around and being an educated consumer, I did not feel the need to meet with any other doctors. Both Dr Bolton and Josh were very polite and supportive and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. The staff helping with the procedure were all very nice and make you feel very relaxed. The overall procedure does not hurt and aftercare if easy to carry out, like washing hair carefully and treating the area carefully.
