After doing months and months of research I found that Dr. Bolton would be the doctor I want working on my hair restoration. I called and spoke to Josh who went over everything with me and answered every question I could possibly have. I was literally one of those pain in the in the neck customer LOL but he didn’t care. He continue to answer texts and phone calls anytime I had them. Another few months Had passed when I decided to call Josh and put the deposit down. I was ready, I was excited and the day couldn’t come soon enough. I scheduled my procedure for Monday, November 18, 2019. I arrived in Fort Lauderdale the evening before and immediately started getting cold feet. Was wondering if this is wad the right thing for me, if Dr. Bolton was the real deal or was I just Blinded so much that I just wanted my hair back. I called Josh that evening and explained my trepidation. He was completely understanding and didn’t make me feel pressured to go through with the procedure, he just continue to answer any additional questions that I had. After speaking to Josh fir a while my mind was then settled, I was getting the procedure done. When I woke the next morning I made my way to Dr. Bolton‘s office and it wasn’t until I was sitting in the His reception area that I started getting cold feet again. Josh came out and we started talking and he took me on a tour through the facility. To make a long story short I went ahead and got the procedure. It was as painless as they said it would be. The staff is as friendly, supportive and professional as you see in the videos. I am so glad I didn’t run. It’s going on two days since my procedure and I feel great.. Whether it was trying on a suit in a three way mirror, seeing the top of my head in photos, or a young child teasing reminding me, I had a bald spot and did not really matter. I knew it was there and hated it. I wanted to do something about it and went online to look at hair transplants. I scheduled an appointment near my home in Atlanta and went in for a consultation. I met with a hair loss advisor and was quoted a price. He showed me a few examples but not a lot and I was still wondering if my bald spot would come out the way I wanted it to. I found Great Hair Transplants online and watched a lot of videos. I must have watched 100 videos. They were very informative and they answered all my questions. I really feel like I was able to get so much information from the videos and decided to call. I spoke to Steve who really answered all my questions and sent him my photos. They explained to me I would be the only patient have a surgery and the entire staff and doctor would only be working on me. I never felt rushed even though we didn't finish until 8PM. There was no urge to "leave as business is done".
