I have had 2 procedures with him, and the results have been phenomenal. Upon arrival, I was given a warm welcome by Dr. Bolton and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and ready to assist you in anything you need. Dr. Bolton explained the procedure in detail, leaving no room for doubt. He is very professional and at the same time very kind and understanding. You feel like you are talking to a long-time friend. During both of my surgeries I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort. I actually watched movies and even took a nap while the procedure was taking place. After the surgery I stayed at Josh’s guest house for a couple of days. Josh was very attentive, and he would check on me constantly. He can also cook a mean steak :) After I got home, I couldn’t believe how simple and easy the entire thing had been. My recovery was quick, and I didn’t experience any complications. My family and friends tell me that I look like a teenager again, and my students even mention that I look too young to be a college professor :) This is all thanks to Dr. Bolton. My suggestion is that you don’t waste your time, money, and most importantly your donor area by going with other doctors who will deplete it and provide you with pitiful results. For years I was stressed about my thinning hair, but afraid to do something about it because of it being a surgical procedure. I finally did some local consults and was set to go with a doctor out of state, when I stumbled upon Dr Bolton and his staff via the internet. Being in the advertising field, i'm very skeptical about certain "ads" and websites, but Bolton and his great staff proved to me how great they could be. I took the plunge. A little initial discomfort after surgery, but after the suchures were removed so was the discomfort. Six months later I feel like a changed man. The results so far are impressive, but I know they will get better. Best compliment i had was the other day I got a haircut and my stylist said it was best transplant she had EVER seen , and scar was very minimal. Steve from the Nashville, TN office worked with me and made me more comfortable by taking time to go over the procedure process step by step and continuously reassuring me that I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about. To my surprise the transplant was as easy as a general cleaning at the dentist. I was very surprised because I expected more of a traumatic experience. Im now at about 3 months out of surgery and Im beginning to see growth. My suture line from the donor area is invisible which is just unbelievable because I wear my hair cut so close to the scalp.
