Any medical/cosmetic procedure can be extremely nerve wrecking, especially traveling the distance that I did in order to have it done. The office staff was so wonderful at coordinating everything prior to my arrival, I had no issues arise at all upon arriving. The procedure itself was not as intense as I was expecting. Aside from experiencing only a very small amount of pain (less than 10 seconds as I was injected with anesthesia), this was a painless and very rewarding procedure. The work was done with precision. I was able to ask questions, and was given details of virtually everything that was done. Dr. Bolton’s team was extremely attentive constantly checking in with me during and after the procedure. Especially Patient Advisor, Michael Anticoli, who has checked in with me on a daily basis, often requesting photos of my healing progress, and more importantly offering great suggestions on how best to take care of my scalp (post-procedure).
