Let me explain why. I have done a lot of research for months on in and just by watching a bunch of his videos I decided to bite the bullet and give the guy a shot. I was really hesitant at first but after talking to Josh Engron he just makes you feel at ease and is very transparent and forthcoming about the entire procedure. I asked so many questions and he answered all of them. I even compared their cost to the one in Dallas and for the $$ I payed Dr. Bolton gave more 2000-3000 more grafts than what was originally talked about. I thought that was awesome for someone to do that. Dr. Bolton obviously was not only in it for the $$. He obviously cared about his patients. From the day of the procedure he was very attentive, listened and heard me out, while giving his own honest opinion on what he thought would best work out for me in my situation and in the end gave me even more hair. He was very transparent as well. He just really cared about his patients. The whole process took roughly 4 hrs. The only painful part in my opinion was the injections to numb my head to remove the donor hair and reinsert hair. But the entire process was went by quickly and smoothly. Dr. Bolton and Josh has been in contact with me from day 1 after the procedure and so forth and has been very helpful. This is the type of team Dr. Bolton provides. He and Josh in particular are very caring people who make sure to look after their patients. Thank you both for giving me more hair and getting my confidence back. Dr. Brett Bolton is friendly and quite personable. While he is pleasantly professional, he readily exchanges personal stories with you, making for a natural connection. It felt to me like he was a trusted doctor of mine for years even though we just met. I was going by the strength of overwhelmingly positive reviews of Dr. Bolton’s practice and “before and after” YouTube testimonials and I wasn’t disappointed! His patient liaison, Michael Anticoli was particularly helpful. Pre-op, intra-op, and post-op, he was on top of things. We communicated closely to address any concerns or developing unplanned events. He made sure that I get good instructions and that I’m healing well. I know I have ready access to Dr. Bolton with Mike as the liaison. He didn’t have to but he even gave me a ride to my hotel at one time. I appreciated that. The whole staff’s friendliness and professionalism complement the overall excellent experience.
