I had done years of researching on the net, looking for the perfect surgeon. With each appointment It was like I Kept running into the same issue. Every doctor was full of promises, they were all able to tell me what I needed, and they were all able to tell me what they could do for me. What they were not able to do was show me was Enough PROOF that other patients with hair loss case as serious as mine had left with the result that I was looking to leave with. Yeah I was shown a couple of testimonials and videos, but that alone was just not enough for me. Both Dr Bolton and Josh were very polite and supportive and made me feel relaxed throughout the whole process. The staff helping with the procedure were all very nice and make you feel very relaxed. The overall procedure does not hurt and aftercare if easy to carry out, like washing hair carefully and treating the area carefully. The photos and videos are striking and as you dig deeper into the site it's filled with any questions you have. Steve Cook helped in the process he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. It took time for me to make my final decision to fly out on an 18 hour trip from Qatar to Florida. I would recommend anyone traveling out of the country is to plan your trip for two days in advance to the procedure. I had a stop in Chicago that delayed my trip. The hotel partnership they have at the Il Lugano is a very nice upscale hotel near the office. It was nice to have the driver pick take me back and forth to the facility at no cost. The staff was very helpful, kind and organized. The procedure was very fast and easy, I went the next day to have the nurses and doctor take a look at me. I'm eager and patient to see the growth. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable of the entire process, he even emailed me recommendations for hotels as I flew in from out of state for the surgery. After I decided to proceed with the procedure, Mike sent me a detailed email with all of pertinent information. This was very helpful and great as reference leading up to the day of my surgery. As for the procedure, I met with Dr. Brett Bolton the day of the surgery for an initial consolation and he was very transparent with everything involved. The procedure was painless and could not have gone better, which is not surprising considering Dr. Brett Bolton and his expert staff. Dr. Brett Bolton's 20 years of experience was evident and gave me great confidence throughout the process. Dr. Brett Bolton's team of technicians immediately went to work on removing the follicular units following the removal of the donor strip. I am being very sincere when I say the procedure was painless all I had to do was sit back and enjoy the movies that I chose. After the surgery concluded Dr. Brett Bolton personally went over my post op. Instructions including a brochure with all the instructions including the date of my suture removals and reiterated rest, rest and more rest.
