The first thing I do when I research is go to the very worst reviews to see if they seem accurate/credible. And although I don’t know anyone’s specific experience, I usually weigh those alongside the great reviews. I find there are BS reviews on both sides of the gamut. Dr. Bolton, Michael, and the rest of team were very attentive, informative, and straightforward and were happy to answer any questions I had before making my decision. Michael in particular was very generous and assisted me in the weeks following the procedure, staying in contact and making sure I was following the correct protocol.
