I don't have enough donor hairs to do a complete job. I wear a realistic looking human hairpiece so I opted to fill in the area above the forehead since the hairline is always the most conspicuous area of the head. The job was done on February 26, 2020 just before the pandemic hit. Dr. Bolton's assistant, Josh, has a guest house next door to his home so I opted to rent that space for a few days. Josh even gave me a lift to and from the clinic (only minutes away). Dr. Bolton is a jovial, friendly guy who made me feel at home. The operation was done in a few hours (I fell asleep !) there was another doctor, his son and Dr. Bolton all working on me. Josh provided a hot homemade dinner for me at the guest house and I just chilled that evening. The next afternoon I drove back to Illinois. The results were excellent. The thickness is just right for the hairline area and it gradually thickens toward the back. The hairpiece blends in perfectly and is undetectable now. I am 200% satisfied ! The stitches were removed locally.
