Let me explain why. I have done a lot of research for months on in and just by watching a bunch of his videos I decided to bite the bullet and give the guy a shot. I was really hesitant at first but after talking to Josh Engron he just makes you feel at ease and is very transparent and forthcoming about the entire procedure. I asked so many questions and he answered all of them. I even compared their cost to the one in Dallas and for the $$ I payed Dr. Bolton gave more 2000-3000 more grafts than what was originally talked about. I thought that was awesome for someone to do that. Dr. Bolton obviously was not only in it for the $$. He obviously cared about his patients. From the day of the procedure he was very attentive, listened and heard me out, while giving his own honest opinion on what he thought would best work out for me in my situation and in the end gave me even more hair. He was very transparent as well. He just really cared about his patients. The whole process took roughly 4 hrs. The only painful part in my opinion was the injections to numb my head to remove the donor hair and reinsert hair. But the entire process was went by quickly and smoothly. Dr. Bolton and Josh has been in contact with me from day 1 after the procedure and so forth and has been very helpful. This is the type of team Dr. Bolton provides. He and Josh in particular are very caring people who make sure to look after their patients. Thank you both for giving me more hair and getting my confidence back. i flew in to ft. lauderdale to have a procedure done last week. I thought i was scheduled for monday but they had me down for tuesday and i was flying back home tuesday. I thought i was scheduled for monday but they had me down for tuesday and i was flying back home tuesday. I told them i didnt feel comfortable moving my flight and leaving my fiancee alone because she has a fear of flying especially by herself, and they moved my surgery up to that day even though they had another patient on this day and normally only do one procedure per day. I came back later this same afternoon and had my procedure done. Everything went smoothly, much less pain than i had imagined and the staff couldnt have been more professional and helpful.
